The villa is situated on a private acre directly on the 3 miles of reef-protected Kailua Beach. The beach is pristine, with fine grain white sand and lush tropical settings.

O’ahu Lani is a privacy-gated 10 bedroom, 11.5 bath, two-story villa. Although it is the largest villa on the island, it is uniquely designed for family togetherness as well as allowing ample personal privacy as desired.

*In accordance with City and County of Honolulu zoning regulations, Oahu Lani will be set aside for a guest's use for a period of 30 days. The total rental and tax charges are accounted for on a per diem rate based upon providing the included services for our guest's stated dates of actual occupancy of Oahu Lani. By law, Oahu Lani cannot be rented to, or occupied by, other tenants during any portion of the 30-day term covered by their Agreement.

High Season (Jan 10 to Apr 15,  Nov 18-30)

• From  46,200 for the  month (6600/day for 7 days)  for up to 12 guests in a six bedroom configuration
• From  54,200 for the month (7600/day for 7 days)  for up to 18 guests, for whole house

Peak Season (June 15-Sept 5)

• From  92,400  for the  month (6600/day for 14 days)  for up to 12 guests in a six bedroom configuration
• From  106,400  for the month (7600/day for 14 days)  for up to 18 guests, for whole house

Low Season (Apr 16-June 14, Sept 06 - Nov 17, Dec 1-15)

• From  40,600 for the  month (5800/day for 7 days)  for up to 12 guests in a six bedroom configuration
• From  47,600  for the month  (6800/day for 7days) for up to 18 guests, for whole house

Services

Housekeeping
Daily room cleaning. Sheets changed twice a week.

Concierge Services. Guests will be contacted prior to stay to arrange desired activities (e.g. golfing, tennis, snorkeling, luaus, special events, and much more). Meals and services will be tailored to your needs. Every effort will be made to make sure all aspects of your stay goes well.

Gourmet Dining. We provide our gourmet chef and service staff daily to prepare and serve dinner to your pre-arranged culinary preferences. For a separate charge, buffet breakfasts and buffet or bagged lunches can be prepared as needed. Costs of food and groceries are not included.

Security/Damage Deposit
Typically refunded 45-60 days after guests’ departure.

Deposits & Payments
Reservation deposit is 50% of total charges. Deposit is due within 7 days of placing a reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date (90 days prior for Xmas/New Year reservations).

Cancellation & refund policy
Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property rented is damaged or otherwise rendered unfit for habitation and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15%-20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled but the property manager or booking agent is under no obligation to assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply. The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
